You will collaborate with PAM leadership and cross-functional partners to sustain existing Metal Packaging business, identify new revenue streams, and drive go-to-market execution. Responsibilities include channel strategy, CRM integrity, forecasting, and mentoring a high-performing team aligned with global processes.

Qualifications

• Degree or recognized qualification in Chemistry, Engineering, Sales or any business-related area.
• 5+ years of Relevant Experience in Metal Packaging.
• 15+ years of experience in sales, marketing or business development within relevant industry segment.
• 10+ years of experience in sales/people management within a multi-regional/cluster role.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to regional commercial team to achieve business objectives.
• Execute go-to-market strategy and optimize channel selection and coverage.
• Collaborate with PAM leader and cross-functional partners to sustain existing business and identify new revenue streams.
