Axis Communications in New Jersey is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the North NJ region to drive growth with integrators, distributors, consultants and end-users in IP Video and Axis cameras.

You will lead territory sales, deliver product demonstrations, coordinate with partners, and participate in events and trainings to showcase Axis solutions while meeting regional targets and building lasting relationships with customers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electronic trade training.
• 5+ years in a sales-driven position.
• Strong technical background.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users on Axis IP Video and cameras.
• Maintain fluid relations with prospects and customers.
• Arrange site visits for product demonstrations, presentations, lunch and learns and seminars.
• Work with Axis Application Development Partners.
• Recommend camera solutions and product comparisons.
• Participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, Webinars and other promotional sales activities.
• Prepare weekly sales reports on new and existing projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• You will continually promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users to benefit the use of IP Video and Axis cameras
• You maintain fluid and dedicated relations with prospects and current customers
• You arrange and execute site visits to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, lunch and learns and speaking seminars
• You work cohesively with Axis Communication’s Application Development Partners
• You recommend proper camera solutions and adequate product comparisons
• You actively participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, Webinars and other promotional sales activities
• You prepare weekly sales report with new and existing projects
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Physical demands

• Frequently required to lift 20-50 lbs, occasionally more.
• Expected travel time for this position is 15%

Target Salary

The approximate pay range for this position is $150,000 to $160,000 OTE. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
