Job summary

Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales strategies in Colorado and Kansas, driving growth with independent agents and distribution partners. This remote role requires regular travel and close collaboration with underwriting, claims, and marketing to align profitability goals.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in sales/marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to train and manage agency relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years’ sales and/or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the year.

Responsibilities

• Identify key independent agents to utilize ISC products.
• Train new agents and agency staff on ISC products and processes.
• Meet with agents regularly at their offices.
• Add agencies to drive growth and expand market share.
• Drive new and renewal production from assigned agencies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams on BD initiatives.
• Assist in rollout of new programs.
• Maintain producer marketing database (Salesforce).
• Host product webinars and website demonstrations.
• Attend industry trade shows to generate additional business.
• Travel up to 60% of the year.
