Responsibilities

• Lead regional team across multiple locations including Outside Sales, Branch Management, Customer Service, Retail Operations, Warehouse, and Assembly personnel.
• Develop and execute regional growth strategies that increase market share, expand existing customer relationships, and win new business.
• Partner with strategic customers to understand operational challenges and recommend engineered industrial solutions.
• Lead high-value customer meetings, presentations, proposals, and RFQ responses.
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees through regular one-on-one meetings, performance discussions, and ongoing development.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on pricing strategy, supplier relationships, marketing initiatives, and territory planning.
• Manage regional budgets, operating expenses, inventory performance, and profitability.
• Utilize metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and improve execution.
• Foster a culture focused on accountability, customer service, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
• Support technical training initiatives that strengthen both employee development and customer relationships.
