Job summary

Cardinal Scale is seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in the Eastern United States to drive growth for our industrial scales and weighing systems. The role requires managing distributor relationships, pursuing end-user opportunities, and delivering regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.

You will forecast needs, monitor performance against quotas, and continuously expand the customer base while staying current on product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years of outside sales experience required.
• Experience in industrial scales or weighing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales quota.
• Meet with distributors and end users.
• Create sales plans that support company objectives.
• Prepare and complete sales plans; resolve problems and identify trends.
