Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Industrial Plastics Division in the United States. The role focuses on developing and executing strategic sales plans, building end-user relationships, and promoting Eaton Plastics products and solutions across the region.

Responsibilities include working with marketing, channel partners, and customer service to drive growth, maintain CRM data, and provide forecasts. Occasional travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of sales or technical sales experience in an industrial, manufacturing, plastics, filtration, or related market.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Must reside within the Northeast United States (preferred) or Midwest United States.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with Division Profit Plan goals.
• Prepare sales presentations to communicate product understanding and pricing.
• Build relationships with end-user customers to grow long-term business.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to resolve inquiries, orders, invoices, and complaints.
• Maintain CRM records and provide a 3-month forward forecast.
• Coordinate training/promotional events for Channel partners and promote brand and technical awareness.
