Job summary

Patriot Environmental Services is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of Business Development Managers across a multi-state territory including Northern California, Nevada, Washington, and Oregon. You will drive revenue growth in industrial, field, and technical services, and hazardous waste treatment and disposal.

You will set sales targets, manage pipelines, and partner with operations to ensure delivery capacity aligns with demand.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in environmental services, industrial services, technical services, or hazardous waste (state and RCRA).
• Experience selling industrial, field, technical services and hazardous waste treatment and disposal services.
• Experience leading and developing a sales team.
• Experience in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Business Development Managers across a multi-state territory.
• Drive revenue growth across Industrial, Field, Technical, and hazardous waste services.
• Set and monitor sales targets and pipeline development for the region.
• Partner with operations to align sales strategy with service delivery capacity.
• Coach team on sales techniques, account strategy, and pipeline management.
