Job summary

Atlas Copco in China is seeking a dynamic regional sales leader responsible for profit and loss, balance sheet items, and driving profitability across the region. You will nurture relationships with key accounts and OEMs, while coordinating with the national team to expand CTS business in both direct and indirect channels.

The role requires leadership to guide a sales team, optimize resources, and implement sales tools like IPSM and IQ2.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years managerial experience in marketing, sales, and services of industrial equipment.
• Fluent English in spoken and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and balance sheet items for the region.
• Develop relationships with KAs & OEMs; cooperate with national team to grow business.
• Penetrate the market directly by One2One and optimize sales resources.
• Develop distributor service business; guide & support distributors to follow Atlas Copco way in service.
• Lead and motivate the sales team, manage territory, and develop sales tools and training.
• Improve sales efficiency by implementing IPSM, IQ2, and other sales tools; collaborate with CTS operations.
• Ensure compliance with Business Code of Practice in team management.
