Job summary

Atlas Copco Tools & Assembly Systems LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Motor Vehicle Industry. The role focuses on developing sales strategies, coaching a regional team, and driving growth across multiple states while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will lead by example, coach a team of 6–8, and align efforts with business goals. Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally is expected to support key meetings and forecasts. Strong presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT/Computer Science, Communications, or related field.
• Relevant sales experience with KPI tracking.
• Direct experience managing teams of 6-8 in a multi-state territory.
• Strong mechanical and technical understanding to engage with customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% including domestic and international trips.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies and programs to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and develop the sales team; set clear expectations and measure performance.
• Evaluate sales channel performance and provide constructive feedback for course corrections.
