Job summary

Mainline Conveyor Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to grow our footprint in the corrugated packaging industry.

You will guide opportunities from RFP to quotes, coordinate with engineering and manufacturing, and travel to customer sites to assess requirements and present solutions. You will manage CRM records, develop proposals, and leverage your knowledge of plant layouts to secure long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience selling industrial equipment, machinery or capital equipment.
• Strong exposure to corrugated packaging is highly preferred.
• Experience selling custom or engineered solutions in a B2B environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with corrugated and industrial customers.
• Respond to RFPs, bid requests, and customer inquiries.
• Travel to customer facilities to evaluate applications and project requirements.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, scopes of work, and commercial documentation.
• Assist with preliminary plant layouts and conveyor-system concepts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity updates, and sales forecasts.
• Coordinate project requirements with engineering, manufacturing, and installation.
• Support a smooth handoff from the sales process into project execution.
• Identify expansion, upgrade, and replacement-equipment opportunities.
• Remain actively involved with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
