Job summary

InflexionPoint, LLC seeks an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the sale of complex controls integration projects across manufacturing and critical infrastructure sectors. The role emphasizes strategic advisory sales, MES/controls technology, and a strong client-focused approach.

The successful candidate will have a track record of exceeding quotas, strong business acumen, and the ability to work effectively from a remote home office in the southeastern United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of quota-beating experience selling complex controls integration projects.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with ability to travel ~50% of the time.
• Willingness to work remotely from home office in NC, SC, GA, or FL.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, lead generation, and project creation to uncover new accounts and opportunities.
• Consultative and solution sales with RFQs and proactive opportunity discovery.
• Pipeline management with aggressive qualification and reliable forecasting.
• Networking and market insights to identify gaps and opportunities in the industry.
• Team selling to leverage cross-functional expertise for closing deals.
• Cross-functional handoffs and collaboration with marketing for campaigns.
