InflexionPoint, LLC in the United States is seeking a Southern Regional Sales Manager with deep expertise in industrial controls automation to drive a $4MM+ quota with complex automation solutions for manufacturing and critical infrastructure clients.

You will engage C‑suite and engineering teams, lead full lifecycle projects from discovery to close, and promote MES, AI, and Industry 4.0 offerings, supported by a strong controls automation network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of quota-beating experience selling complex controls integration projects.
• Experience selling MES, controls automation, and AI solutions.
• Ability to discuss business OKRs with C-Suite and translate into technical solutions.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% and to work remotely from NC/SC/GA/FL.

Responsabilités

• Prospect, generate leads, and create projects with new accounts.
• Sell through consultative and solution-based approaches, including RFQs.
• Manage the sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Network and gather market insights with industry influencers.
• Lead cross-functional teamwork to deliver customer value.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine campaigns and strategies.
