Expect substantial cold-calling and cross-functional collaboration to advance automation technologies. Required 5+ years in industrial automation sales, engineering background (BSEE preferred), and willingness to travel ~50% including international.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required; BSEE strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years selling industrial automation components.
• Direct calling sale experience is highly valued, more than pass-through sales.
• Willingness to travel ~50% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new top-tier customer segments and establish relationships at commercial and engineering levels.
• Act as primary account contact from daily operations to executive discussions; penetrate top-tier targets via cold calling.
• Maintain knowledge of customer product roadmaps to uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with product management to promote industrial automation technologies.
• Secure revenue growth and develop new opportunities in target industries.
• Ensure on-time delivery and provide accurate forecasts and CRM reporting.
