Camus Hydronics Ltd, a division of Cleaver-Brooks, seeks a Western Regional Sales Manager for growth of Camus hydronic boiler products across Central/Western US. The role reports to the Mississauga, Ontario office and requires frequent travel.

Responsibilities include leading sales strategy, managing reps, visiting engineers, and driving market expansion through partnerships with consultants, mechanical contractors, and end users.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales and market development in industrial equipment.
• Prior sales management experience in commercial/industrial boiler products preferred.
• Track record of significant sales growth in an independent rep environment.
• Experience working with multiple channels to market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct sales to representative accounts and end users.
• Meet budgeted objectives to maximize profitability and volume.
• Develop and deploy sales and market strategy for Camus hydronic boiler products.
• Manage distributor/Rep network and visit customers to assess needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Service, Warranty and Training to fulfill requests.
• Promote products at trade shows and monitor market conditions.
