Job summary

SONIFI Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to grow hospitality business across Northern California and Hawaii. This role focuses on building new relationships, expanding existing accounts, and becoming a trusted partner to hotel properties and ownership groups.

You will own the growth strategy for your territory, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate across internal teams to deliver tailored SONIFI solutions. Travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of enterprise sales experience.
• Experience managing large accounts and driving upsells.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory growth strategy across Northern California and Hawaii.
• Own and manage the sales pipeline from prospect to close in Salesforce.
• Meet with hotels and hospitality stakeholders to present SONIFI products.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships to support retention and upselling.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, Finance and Implementations.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to generate leads.
