SONIFI Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to grow the hospitality business across Northern California and Hawaii. You will own the territory growth strategy, manage high-value accounts, upsell, and drive retention while selling SONIFI’s full portfolio.

Qualificações

• Four-year degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of enterprise sales experience with large accounts.
• Experience expanding key accounts, upselling, and achieving growth quotas.
• Strong regional market understanding and prospecting ability.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills for all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy across Northern California and Hawaii.
• Own your sales pipeline from prospect to close and maintain Salesforce documentation.
• Meet hotels and hospitality stakeholders, deliver pitches and product demos.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships and coordinate with Customer Success for engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations on opportunities.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to generate leads and represent SONIFI professionally.
