Job summary

SONIFI is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to grow our hospitality business across Northern California and Hawaii. You will own the growth strategy for your territory, building relationships with hotels, management companies, ownership groups, operators, and other stakeholders.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle, expand existing accounts, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining strong customer retention. Travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years enterprise sales experience.
• Experience managing large customer relationships and multiple accounts.
• Strong preference for hospitality industry hardware/content/software experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a territory growth strategy for Northern California and Hawaii and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Own and manage your sales pipeline from prospect to close, with accurate Salesforce documentation and forecasting.
• Maintain a strong market presence by meeting hotels, conducting product demonstrations, and giving presentations.
• Develop trusted-advisor relationships and coordinate with Customer Success for ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing and Finance to meet sales targets and drive new opportunities.
