Job summary

SONIFI Solutions, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager to expand the hospitality business across Northern California and Hawaii. You will own territory growth, build high-value relationships, and drive revenue through upsells and cross-sell opportunities.

This role requires managing the full sales cycle, maintaining Salesforce accuracy, and presenting compelling demonstrations to hotel stakeholders. Occasional travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business or related field; minimum three years enterprise sales experience.
• Proven history of expanding key accounts, driving upsells, and achieving growth quotas.
• Experience selling hardware, content, and/or software within hospitality preferred.
• Strong ability to develop relationships, prospect effectively, and prioritize activities across a territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy across Northern California and Hawaii; build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Own and manage the sales pipeline from prospect to close; maintain Salesforce documentation and forecast funnel.
• Maintain a strong presence by meeting hotels, conducting calls, pitches, demos, and presentations; drive meetings with prospects.
• Develop trusted-advisor relationships; coordinate with Customer Success on QBRs and ongoing engagement.
• Become an expert on SONIFI products; propose solutions considering installability, supportability, and financial impact.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing and other teams to hit targets and manage customer requirements.
