Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in logistics.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of consultative sales with revenue growth success.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within region.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the regional sales plan aligned to growth objectives.
• Leads regional sales teams and manages pipelines, reviews, and performance.
• Defines regional strategy, engages cross-functional partners, and drives revenue growth.
• Manages budgets, P&L, and regional resources to maximize profitability.
• Represents CH Robinson with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
