Job summary

You will oversee and develop regional sales teams, implement strategic plans, and ensure successful execution of the win-by-design process, with a strong focus on analytics and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales leadership in logistics.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of consultative sales experience with proven revenue growth.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (within region).
• Strong technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales for a defined territory across multiple locations.
• Develop and execute regional sales and growth plans.
• Collaborate with pricing, solution design, and shared services for alignment and efficiency.
• Conduct regular sales management reviews, pipeline reviews, and field evaluations.
