Job summary

Ranpak is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of 5–10 Territory Managers in Dayton, Ohio. In this role you will drive revenue by shaping territory plans, coaching the team, and orchestrating deals from prospecting to closing.

You will partner with the Sales Director and Marketing to align resources, monitor pipeline health, and ensure quarterly quotas are met in a fast-paced, manufacturing-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five years sales management experience, required.
• Proven track record of customer acquisition and retention.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, negotiate, manage, and close deals.
• Leadership experience with a documented record of achievement.
• Proven ability to motivate self and others.

Responsibilities

• Develops comprehensive sales plans and territory business plans to meet revenue goals.
• Mentors Territory Managers on sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Manages and optimizes sales pipeline and win/loss analysis.
• Conducts deal reviews and tracks pipeline activity to drive results.
• Hires, on-boards, and retains high-caliber sales talent.
• Recommends and implements best practices, aligns resources with goals.
