VCNA St Marys is seeking a Sales Manager to lead Sales staff across WI/IL/IN/W.MI with budgets, forecasts, market analysis, pricing and promotions. You will guide field reps, manage regional offices, and drive growth through strategic plans and cost-aware initiatives.

The role emphasizes leadership, market insight, and collaboration with Sr. Management to advance VCNA’s Great Lakes strategies and major projects in the region.

Qualifications

• Four year college or university degree with four to eight years related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and customer management programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Sales staff with direction and support in budgets, forecasts, market analysis, pricing and promotion for the WI/IL/IN/W.MI market.
• Manage activities, training and development of Field Sales Representatives and maintain relationships with clients.
• Oversee regional sales offices, monitor competition and market trends, and manage budgets and pricing plans.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing budgets and cost controls; prepare price recommendations.
• Support regional promotional activities and represent the company at trade shows and meetings.
