Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or Engineering
• Proven sales experience in construction/building materials
• CRM and software proficiency desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers including contractors, builders and distributors
• Promote and sell cement products matching customer needs
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Manage sales leads and pipelines to meet targets
• Conduct market research on trends and pricing
• Provide technical product knowledge and support
• Negotiate pricing and terms for profitability
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely orders
• Attend trade shows and industry events
• Provide market feedback to management
