Silvi Materials is seeking a Regional Cement Sales Manager to drive growth by building relationships with contractors, distributors, and key clients. You will promote cement products, provide product expertise, and manage sales pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of construction materials, and willingness to travel within the territory. A bachelor’s degree and proven sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven sales experience in construction/materials or B2B sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers in construction and industrial sectors.
• Promote and sell cement products aligning with customer needs.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
• Manage sales leads and pipelines to meet targets.
