Priority-1, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Greenville, SC to build and lead a new technology-oriented sales segment. You will guide a high-performing team, close contracts, and drive new business in a transitioning logistics-tech environment.

The role requires proven outside sales experience in logistics, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Expect a competitive base salary with commissions, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in logistics is required.
• Strong leadership with coaching and mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for fast-paced teamwork.
• Hands-on approach with ability to work independently.
• Collaborates with Home Office to refine systems and best practices.
• Solid business sense and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performance sales team.
• Train, mentor, and coach staff.
• Provide organization and leadership to sales channels.
• Close contracts with new clients or existing clientele.
• Meet and exceed goals for new business.
• Develop leads within the assigned territory.
• Meet with new potential clients to determine profitability.
• Maintain CRM records and provide updates.
• Participate in sales meetings and forecasts, including close ratios.
• Collaborate with sales management on forecasts and goals.
