The position offers a base salary of $40K plus uncapped commissions, a $500 monthly car allowance, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA contributions, and a 401(k) with profit sharing.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (ideal courses in business/marketing/communication).
• Involvement in campus activities and a polished, energetic demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business and develop lead generation.
• Sell and set up new accounts in the Charlotte market.
• Manage accounts you sell and participate in training programs.
