Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee all sales and distribution in an assigned US region, including Richmond, VA. The role focuses on growing the customer base, maintaining client and vendor relationships, and leading sales staff to meet targets.

You will conduct QBRs, guide strategy, and coach the team in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in sales/marketing, strong leadership, and CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
