Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee regional sales and channel partnerships. You will drive growth through direct sales and strategic partnerships, lead and train sales staff, and manage partner relationships to expand market reach.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and CRM skills are required. The role emphasizes coaching, QBRs, and performance management across direct reports and partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in sales and marketing, with channel partner experience strongly preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Organized, energetic and results-driven with the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales results through hands-on field leadership and team accountability.
• Participate in all aspects of the sales process: prospecting, approvals, pricing/negotiation, and postsale implementation.
• Conduct QBRs, deliver performance improvement plans, and model consultative selling methodologies.
• Monitor sales pipeline for healthy volume, mix, and prioritization of accounts.
• Assist Business Consultants to identify, recruit, and manage channel partners to expand market reach.
• Collaborate with Business Consultants to develop joint business plans with partners.
• Support partner-driven deals by assisting in negotiations and ensuring smooth implementation.
• Track partner performance and provide feedback to optimize referral and co-selling opportunities.
