Job summary

Reinhausen Inc. in Texas seeks a seasoned Sales Manager to drive regional sales efforts in energy technology, expanding the customer base in Fort Worth area and coordinating with product management to support innovative solutions.

You will engage in regular visits, technical consulting, and negotiations with customers, delivering compelling presentations at events and conferences while shaping strategic sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years in energy technology, transformer/substation tech, control systems, or commissioning.
• Fluent business English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong sales mindset with entrepreneurial, customer‑oriented attitude.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the sales strategy in your region or customer group and actively develop new market opportunities.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships through regular visits, technical consulting, and professional negotiations.
• Expand and secure business by developing sales measures, closing delivery agreements, and managing offers from preparation to follow-up.
• Work closely with product management and internal experts to support product innovations and complex customer applications.
• Analyze market, customer, and competitor developments and derive future sales scenarios and strategies.
• Represent Reinhausen at customer events, exhibitions, and expert conferences and deliver product presentations and trainings.
