Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of consultative sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience coaching and developing sales professionals.
• Strong leadership and clear communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of the educational market and State Adoption processes.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, coaches, and manages all Sales Representatives for successful campaigns.
• Develops territory plans and sales strategies to target top accounts.
• Maintains regular communication to grow revenue and manage pipeline.
• Ensures CRM accuracy to forecast customer needs and adoption.
• Travel to mentor team members and engage with customers.
• Collaborates with Director to set territories, quotas, and benchmarks.
• Monitors market trends and shares insights with leadership.
