The ideal candidate has multi-unit management experience, a background in beauty or laser services, and is comfortable with an 80% travel schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of team management experience.
• Multi-unit experience required.
• Background in beauty retail, laser hair removal or related industry preferred.
• Consultative sales experience beneficial.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales across the region and exceed KPI goals.
• Develop and coach Clinic Managers and leaders.
• Plan weekly meetings and review performance with clinics.
• Interview candidates and support HR in staffing decisions.
• Ensure SOPs and best practices are followed region-wide.
