Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of team management experience.
• Multi-unit management experience required.
• Background in laser hair removal or related industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% including overnight travel.
• Live near Milan Laser clinic or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and promote exceptional customer service across clinics.
• Develop people and leadership pipeline within the region.
• Plan and review performance, ensuring SOP adherence and KPI achievement.
• Handle HR matters and staffing, coordinating with leadership.
