Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead Clinic Managers and drive regional sales performance across clinics. You will execute the sales roadmap, ensure SOP adherence, and foster a data-driven, accountable culture focused on client experience.

Travel to clinics several times per week, coach leadership teams, and collaborate with HR and Medical divisions to optimize results and sustain growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of team management experience.
• Professional background in laser hair removal or related industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales culture and oversee clinic performance regionally.
• Develop people through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Plan weekly engagements, analyze underperformance, and optimize SOPs.
• Interview candidates, hire, and address HR matters as needed.
