Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee Clinic Managers and drive high-performance sales across clinics in the region.

You will execute the sales roadmap, enforce standardized practices, and promote a data-driven, accountable culture focused on customer excellence and growth. The role requires significant travel and leadership of cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of team management experience.
• Professional background in laser hair removal or a closely related industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a highly flexible schedule and travel 80% with overnight stays.
• Willingness to relocate to the regional location and reside near a Milan clinic and a major airport.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales by promoting exceptional customer service and visiting clinics 2–3 times per week.
• Observe consultations and provide feedback to clinic leadership on the sales process.
• Guide clinic leadership to achieve and exceed KPI goals and maintain SOP compliance across the region.
• Interview candidates, make hiring decisions, and support HR matters and scheduling.
