Milan Laser Hair Removal is the nation’s largest laser hair removal provider, focused on excellence and an exceptional client experience. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee Clinic Managers, drive a data-driven sales roadmap, and cultivate a high-performance culture across clinics within the region.

Key duties include coaching leadership teams, ensuring SOP adherence, managing the quarterly performance process, and partnering with HR and Medical divisions to sustain growth and service

Qualifications

• Five years of team management experience.
• Background in laser hair removal or closely related industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% including overnight travel.
• Willingness to relocate to the region and reside near a Milan clinic and airport.

Responsabilités

• Drive regional sales by overseeing Clinic Managers and implementing the sales roadmap.
• Develop people through coaching, mentoring, and leadership development.
• Plan and review performance, SOP adherence, and KPI attainment across clinics.
• Collaborate with HR, Medical, and operations to remove barriers and align goals.
