Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive regional sales by leading Clinic Managers and ensuring adherence to Milan's sales strategy. The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and a Customer Obsessed mindset to deliver an exceptional client experience.

You will travel to clinics 2–3 times per week, mentor leadership, and oversee KPI attainment while coordinating with HR and Medical divisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of team management experience.
• Multi-unit experience required.
• Background in beauty retail or laser hair removal.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 80% travel and possible relocation to region required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting exceptional customer service; visit clinics 2–3 times per week.
• Observe consultations and give feedback to clinic leadership on the process.
• Ensure KPI goals and SOPs are followed; oversee quarterly performance reviews.
• Collaborate with HR and Medical divisions; support promotions and incentives.
• Interview candidates and make hiring decisions; address HR matters and engagement.
