Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal, the nation's largest laser hair removal provider, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive regional sales results and lead Clinic Managers to perform to Milan's sales strategy. This leader will ensure execution, use data to identify opportunities, and foster ownership and growth across the region.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in team management, multi-unit experience in beauty or laser services, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 80% with relocation

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of team management experience.
• Multi-unit experience required.
• Professional background in beauty retail or services, laser hair removal or a closely related industry.
• Consultative sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High initiative and accountability; flexible schedule.
• Ability to travel up to 80% and relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting outstanding customer service and visiting clinics 2–3 times weekly.
• Develop high-performance teams through coaching and mentoring.
• Plan weekly one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.
• Recruit and interview candidates; make hiring decisions.
• Coordinate with HR, clinics, and cross-functional teams to ensure SOPs.
• Oversee quarterly evaluations and incentive programs.
