Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in sales leadership or supervisory roles.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly quotas.
• Shadow sales associates and provide constructive feedback.
• Implement sales plans and campaigns into actionable actions.
• Collaborate with Field Management to improve customer satisfaction and online presence.
• Review quota projections with Sales Directors and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
• Present educational and sales information at seminars and community events.
