Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales management experience in cemetery/funeral industry.
• Experience training and motivating sales staff and counselors.
• Valid driver’s license and any required state insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed location sales quotas.
• Ensure counselors follow training manuals and company policies.
• Provide ongoing sales instruction to meet customer needs.
• Supervise Sales Counselors through aftercare, prospecting, product knowledge, and closing skills.
