Job summary

You will monitor KPI trends, review opportunity pipelines, and collaborate with marketing, service and product teams to drive value-selling initiatives while ensuring superior customer care and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPI trends weekly and monthly to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Coach direct reports and develop opportunity pipelines to achieve annual and extended goals.
• Align sales territories with strategic initiatives and push service and new equipment in the sales process.
• Collaborate with marketing and service managers to drive growth across regions.
