Job summary

Westlake Financial Services is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Northern California and Pacific Northwest. You will lead Dealer Account Managers, drive growth, and build strategic relationships with franchised dealers across a fast-paced auto-finance environment.

The role requires 5+ years of external sales leadership, a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, and a proven ability to travel within the territory. Remote/home-office arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years external sales management experience managing a team of 15 to 20 external reps
• 3+ years of sales, marketing, auto finance and/or banking experience required

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Dealer Account Managers to drive individual and regional performance
• Manage outside sales teams across the assigned Northern California and Pacific Northwest region
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new sales representatives
• Drive new business by developing dealer relationships and selling company products and services
• Establish sales goals, develop action plans, and hold the team accountable for results
• Monitor performance through regular quality checks, coaching, reporting, and follow-up
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective dealers while addressing and resolving concerns
• Develop strategies to increase dealer retention and reduce attrition
• Represent the company at recruiting, marketing, trade, and industry events
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory to support the team, develop dealer relationships, and drive market growth
• Other duties as assigned
