Job summary

Westlake Financial Services is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop our Dealer Account Managers across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. This remote role requires hands-on leadership, travel within the region, and building strong dealer relationships to drive growth.

You will coach a team of 10–15 internal Dealer Account Managers, recruit new talent, and partner with senior leadership to execute Westlake's sales strategy. Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years external sales management experience leading 15–20 reps.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership with high energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Dealer Account Managers to drive regional performance.
• Manage outside sales teams across Northern California and Pacific Northwest.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new sales representatives.
• Drive new business by developing dealer relationships and selling company products.
• Travel regularly within the territory to support the team and growth.
