Job summary

Westlake Financial Services is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead Dealer Account Managers and drive growth in the Northern California and Pacific Northwest markets. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership, performance coaching, and frequent travel to build dealer relationships and expand market share.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of external sales management experience, a business degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years external sales management experience managing a team of 15 to 20 external reps.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a closely related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Dealer Account Managers to drive regional performance.
• Manage outside sales teams across the Northern California and Pacific Northwest region.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new sales representatives.
• Drive new business by developing dealer relationships and selling company products and services.
• Establish sales goals, develop action plans, and hold the team accountable for results.
• Travel regularly within the assigned territory to support the team and growth.
