Westlake Financial is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Northern California and Pacific Northwest market. This remote, home-office role leads Dealer Account Managers, develops dealer relationships, and drives regional growth through a consultative, performance-based approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a field sales team of 15–20 reps
• Experience in automotive, finance and sales domains
• High energy with strong verbal and written communication
• Proficient in MS Office and sales software applications
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Ability to communicate with diverse teams and travel as needed
• Must reside in Northern California or Pacific Northwest region

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Dealer Account Managers to drive performance
• Manage outside sales teams across Northern California and Pacific Northwest
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new sales reps
• Grow business by developing dealer relationships and selling products
• Set goals, develop action plans, and monitor results
• Maintain dealer relationships and address concerns
• Travel regularly to support team and grow market
• Represent the company at recruiting, marketing, and industry events
