Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. seeks a Commercial Sales Manager to drive volume, market share, price and revenue objectives across the TX/OK area, aligning sales, marketing and logistics strategies with the local market.

You will lead the sales and marketing team, coordinate with aggregates operations, manage costs and inventory, and build key customer relationships while embracing best practices and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of equivalent experience.
• Field of Study Preferred: Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management.
• Proficient with SAP, Microsoft Suite, front end ticket systems and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and marketing functions across the TX/OK area.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations for cost control and inventory.
• Develop annual sales plans with market segmentation and pricing.
• Forecast monthly sales and monitor market indicators.
• Build and maintain key customer relationships and industry partnerships.
