Amrize is seeking an Operations Manager-RMX to lead regional operations in North America from our Franklin Farms, LA project. You will direct productivity, budgets, safety, and customer service while developing staffing plans and collaborating with HR on talent development.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP. Join a growing company building North America and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred; field of study includes operations, business, civil or mechanical engineering.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional operations strategy and objectives.
• Manage productivity, efficiency, service levels and staff retention.
• Budget preparation and cost control across the region.
• Monitor KPIs and drive cost reductions and process improvements.
• Ensure safety compliance and environmental stewardship.
