Avanos Medical seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Specialty Nutrition Systems in the Southeast. You will lead a team of Long-Term Feeding Account Representatives and NICU Specialists, drive regional sales initiatives, and ensure execution of commercial plans to meet targets.

The role spans Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, with up to 75% travel. Collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Clinical Education is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–10 years of sales experience in medical devices, pharma, bio-tech, or capital equipment preferred.
• Minimum of three years sales leadership and management experience.
• Proven track record with results-driven, assertive selling and strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Lead the execution of AVANOS strategic commercial initiatives and business objectives in the Southeast.
• Direct the sales process, implementations, and programs to achieve regional objectives.
• Enteral Feeding Portfolio management including Short- and Long-Term enteral feeding products.
• Collaborate with internal partners to achieve sales goals and strategic plans.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development to a high-performance sales team.
• Maintain ongoing talent assessment and effective resource deployment.
