Avanos Medical, Inc. is seeking a Specialty Nutrition Systems, NICU Specialist for the Southern California region.

This role focuses on selling Digestive Health-NeoMed products to Acute and Alternate Care facilities, with responsibilities spanning clinical and product presentations, pricing, and territory management. The candidate will develop strong business value selling skills, maintain product knowledge, build relationships with hospital decision makers, and achieve sales objectives while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3+ years of sales experience in B2B or the Health Care industry.
• Proven track record in sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Evidence of continued personal and professional growth.
• Experience in hospital settings.
• Willingness to travel by car.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds.
• Proficient in PC-based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Position and sell Avanos Medical Digestive Health-NeoMed products in Acute and Alternate Care accounts.
• Conduct product and clinical presentations to physicians, nurses and staff.
• Develop and implement territory sales plans to meet objectives.
• Manage contracts and negotiate pricing to maximize margins.
• Build relationships with NICU Managers, Nurse Educators, Neonatologists, Pharmacy staff and supply chain stakeholders.
• Forecast and report sales activity and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customers and territory.
