Job summary

Avanos Medical is seeking a Specialty Nutrition Systems, Long-Term Feeding Account Consultant for the San Diego, CA region. The role focuses on positioning and selling AVANOS Enteral Feeding products in Acute Care and Alternate Site facilities, covering hospitals, DME providers, SNFs, and clinics.

You will lead clinical and bedside support, pricing, and forecasting to drive year-over-year growth. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in healthcare sales, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of sales experience in B2B or healthcare.
• Proven track record of success in sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Evidence of ongoing personal/professional growth.
• Proficient with PC-based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Position and sell AVANOS Enteral Feeding products across acute care and alternate site accounts.
• Develop and demonstrate value selling and AVANOS sales acumen.
• Maintain expertise across AVANOS EF product range and services.
• Manage territory to meet sales objectives and forecast accurately.
• Build relationships with clinicians, surgeons, physicians, and administrators.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize margins.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and internal partners to meet objectives.
• Manage territory budget and utilize sales resources.
