Ossium Health is seeking a Regional Manager, Orthopedics to lead sales and commercial efforts for the Ossigraft portfolio across a defined territory in the United States.

You will meet surgeons, physicians, and clinical staff to promote biologics, provide education, and support adoption, including in operating rooms and hospital settings. The role requires strong communication and clinical acumen with travel 50–75%.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to engage in high-level medical discussions.
• Experience selling into operating rooms and hospital environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional sales strategy for the Ossigraft portfolio.
• Drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Develop new business opportunities within hospitals, surgery centers, and offices.
• Build relationships with surgeons, clinical staff, supply chain, and administration.
• Provide product education, training, and in-service support to clinical teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to align initiatives.
• Maintain forecasting, pipeline, and CRM documentation.
